New Partnership

We’re excited to announce that next year’s Dragon Boat Festival will be in partnership with Southern Maryland Community Resources!

Join us on August 21, 2027, in Solomons Island, Maryland, for an incredible day on the water while supporting our community.

More details are coming soon, so stay tuned!

Join us for a day of Dragon Boat racing on the water in Solomons Island. This festival is an amazing family-friendly event that brings our community together as we race to end hunger in Southern Maryland.

Teams of paddlers compete in colorful 20-person boats along the shoreline, with drumming, food, vendors, and cheering crowds all day long. No experience is needed — practice sessions and steerspersons are provided for every team.

Whether you build a team, sponsor a boat, or simply come out to watch, you are helping put food on the tables of neighbors right here in our community.
